I met Nancy Suchoff soon after I signed the lease to my restaurant. From the beginning she has been a tremendous help developing my marketing plans and I really love all the creative and practical ideas she has come up with. Nancy created our logo and has done everything from build my website, design and print menus, place-mats, flyers, signs and promotional items to manage my advertising and social media. Nancy posts for us on Facebook and Instagram and sends out our monthly Constant Contact newsletter. She also invited me to join the West Boca Chamber of Commerce which has been terrific! Nancy did a great job on my initial logo design, help with all my printed materials . Ongoing updates to my web page and back end maintenance were mishandled resulting in loss of business and broken links - I would be happy to share the Snap's written response to this situation with anyone. A REALLY nice person to work with -- creative flair on printed materials was awesome. Technical errors ended our working relationship.

We hired Nancy to do the whole marketing campaign for our cafe. She asks you to prepay for 10hrs in advance, which we agreed to do because she sounded very convincing and marketed herself well. She used a couple hours to do the press release, 1 hr for 1 Facebook post, 4 hrs for a simple postcard with pictures and text provided to her and a couple hours putting and then removing some things on our website(such as offering of hot breakfast buffet when we didn't even serve any breakfast at the time). By then we realized that she didn't have much else to offer or had any ideas other than insisting on creating a twitter account. So by the time the 10hrs were up we told her we didn't need her anymore. That's when she got all upset and showed that on her contract we have to let her know 30 days in advance if we want to discontinue using her. Avoiding any conflict we paid for another 10 hrs for her. So with 10 prepaid hours she used 1 hr for gathering a list of offices around our cafe. She did not have any other ideas how to market or anything else. Since we did have $500 prepaid, we asked her to do another postcard 4 by 6 with text and pictures given to her. She used 6 hrs for that because she kept making mistakes (such as wrong opening hours) and really could barely put a simple postcard together. And then she disappeared and we never used the remaining hours.Overall we had a really disappointing experience working with Nancy and would not recommend using her.

I needed a logo/branding for my company. I went to Nancy at Snap Creative Group. Nancy sent me a number choices to select from. I found one that I loved, using the exact red that I wanted; I still get many compliments for it. She was also very patient with me. I have sent Nancy a few friends to do their websites and they have all come back happy and so glad that I gave them Nancy's information.
