Feedback:

We hired Nancy to do the whole marketing campaign for our cafe. She asks you to prepay for 10hrs in advance, which we agreed to do because she sounded very convincing and marketed herself well. She used a couple hours to do the press release, 1 hr for 1 Facebook post, 4 hrs for a simple postcard with pictures and text provided to her and a couple hours putting and then removing some things on our website(such as offering of hot breakfast buffet when we didn't even serve any breakfast at the time). By then we realized that she didn't have much else to offer or had any ideas other than insisting on creating a twitter account. So by the time the 10hrs were up we told her we didn't need her anymore. That's when she got all upset and showed that on her contract we have to let her know 30 days in advance if we want to discontinue using her. Avoiding any conflict we paid for another 10 hrs for her. So with 10 prepaid hours she used 1 hr for gathering a list of offices around our cafe. She did not have any other ideas how to market or anything else. Since we did have $500 prepaid, we asked her to do another postcard 4 by 6 with text and pictures given to her. She used 6 hrs for that because she kept making mistakes (such as wrong opening hours) and really could barely put a simple postcard together. And then she disappeared and we never used the remaining hours.Overall we had a really disappointing experience working with Nancy and would not recommend using her.
