Llevo mas de una semana tratando de solucionar un problema con mi instalación física, todo el tiempo me dicen el porqué ellos no tienen la culpa pero no te ayudan a lograr el resultado. Aparte les pides que te apoyen dado que estás desesperado y antes que ayudarte te comentan el porqué no son responsables de la falla y de que tienen muchos clientes antes que tú, que esperes tu turno
