Client Review on SOS Locksmith DFW

They came out to take care of a deadbolt lock on the house and I had him make a second key fob for my ram 1500. I was given a minivan key fob with buttons for options a truck doesn’t have. Was told to call with any problems. That key fob has left me stranded 3 times. Randomly won’t lock or unlock doors and doesn’t always start my truck. I have called 3 times and always told a tech will call right back. Nothing. No call back. I emailed them and got no answer. They were only $30 cheaper than the dealer and at this point with only one original and worn key that works, I guess I’ll have to have the dealer do it right the first time.
