Feedback:

Trying to describe what we need to the staff is like pulling teeth. Getting something as simple as a sticker is a 15 minute conversation with tons of questions—the kind where they answer your questions with questions.If I go to FEDEX, they’ll have whatever I need in less than 10 minutes.
