This business has a great staff and broad array of services. I've noticed shipping services can become backed up around lunchtime. Consider pre-posting your shipment thru the FedEx web site, so you can drop off your packages and go, thereby skipping the lunchtime line.

Trying to describe what we need to the staff is like pulling teeth. Getting something as simple as a sticker is a 15 minute conversation with tons of questions—the kind where they answer your questions with questions.If I go to FEDEX, they’ll have whatever I need in less than 10 minutes.

I'm at a loss for words. Not sure how to respond to comments of complete lack of concern & indifference.I've been a patient customer who spent 4 days with you guys just to get the letters cut... only to be told that "they" might be need another 7 - till who knows when, before installation will happen. All 3 employees involved had defensive comments. Possibly you might let future customers know that their needs are last priority. You should also know I called Vista prints who can have the same letters to me next day. So cancel the order. I preferred to keep things local but not when it effects my business this hard
