Client Review on Sound Reprographics

I'm at a loss for words. Not sure how to respond to comments of complete lack of concern & indifference.I've been a patient customer who spent 4 days with you guys just to get the letters cut... only to be told that "they" might be need another 7 - till who knows when, before installation will happen. All 3 employees involved had defensive comments. Possibly you might let future customers know that their needs are last priority. You should also know I called Vista prints who can have the same letters to me next day. So cancel the order. I preferred to keep things local but not when it effects my business this hard
