This is an update to a review i posted a while ago. After a few months of getting the bugs worked out, everything is running perfectly now. While this service does seem to be affected by bad weather quite often, I am pretty pleased at this time. I installed Hughes Net as well as a backup, and I haven't had to use it yet.I've held off writing a review on this company until i gave it a chance. I'm now in my 3rd month of service with them. The service department is totally useless. I am paying for the highest speed of 15 MBS, and most I can get out of it usually is under 3 MBS. The system or the towers have been down nearly 25% of the time. The only saving grace is their technicians. The are always super polite and helpful. I am so happy that i didn't sign the 3 year contract they wanted. I am on a search for a new provider. I spent 14 minutes on hold this morning to be told that I have to cycle my equipment every couple of weeks in order to get the speed i am paying for.
