Feedback:

Was with them for 3 years, frequent service drops. Once i moved and canceled they said i still owed them money.

Feedback:

This is the worst service you can get, it always goes down for no reason. You have to reset the antenna all the time, the girls that answer the phone always try to tell you your router has to be replaced no matter how new it is. The service techs think it's funny to tell you that they turn down your speed when they get back to the office. I would not be a customer if I had ANY other choice!

Do not waist your time with this company. Horrible internet service, extremely slow & I've never got anywhere close to the speeds I pay for. Their excuse is that there is too much internet traffic.

Every time I come here I get outstanding customer service. Came in the morning with an issue with my account and Sheri helped me get it back up and running. Shout-out to Sheri for amazing customer service, and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to upgrade to a new phone service. Thanks!

Staff was very helpful when I called in to purchase a new phone line I also ended up getting internet for my new home so it was a no brainer. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful regarding my account and setting up my new phone. Highly recommend...

We rely on SoCal telephone for WiFi services in a semi-rural area. The tower experiences problems quite frequently. A recent outage was 15 hours in length. The service was down yesterday morning and is down again this morning.

Horrible company, I have an elderly Mother and she has been without a phone for a week they tell me the service tec's are not experienced enough to repair the problem so they have to put in another service ticket and we wait again for another service tec to show up. Same problem happened a couple of weeks ago and she was without a phone for a week again. It takes three or four tec's to come out several times to try and fix the problem. Every time I call they tell me the problem will be fixed that day and it never is. I will give one star for the customer team because they have been nice. This should not be happening to customers, especially an elderly person!!!!!!!

I went with good telecom instead, way better quality plus less expensive. They know what they are doing, sadly unlike this place.
