Feedback:

Stay away. This slick looking company doesn't even list that it doesn't copy Beta Cam tapes. It says it copies Beta, but doesn't simply specify this small but important exception.I mailed in three Beta Cam tapes and a few weeks later I got an email telling me they couldn't copy them. So I called in and asked for 2-day UPS shipping to get my irreplaceable tapes back to me as quickly as possible. The agent said no problem, charged my card, and I thought I was all set. Two days later, no package, only an email telling me I would have the package in 4 more days.So I called and spoke to a supervisor. She apologized profusely, promised an email follow up that day...nothing. No email, no call. Just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.Stay local, walk your tapes/photos in to a reputable store. Don't ship it to these people.
