We've used Spectrio for over 5 years for our on hold messaging and recently added a few additional features to the service. Excellent variety of voices to choose from, fast professional turnaround and the ability to update and customize messaging few times throughout the year is included in our package. 5* for excellent service!

Absolute dirt bags. They bought retail radio and double charged us as both retail radio and Spectrio. I was in touch with someone named Jenni there who seemed decent enough to reverse the charge. I’ve since called and emailed probably 6 times over the last 3 weeks to follow up and she doesn’t have the ability to even return an email. Charge is still there. They’re awful I’ll be canceling my service now that I know how shady a business they’re running. And I’ll let my 300 fellow franchisees know.

Spectrio is a solid provider of on-hold and location-based marketing services. They have a wide variety of products and great customer support.

Please stay away , use to be a small company great to work with but no more. They will not give you the updated tapes they promise but will chatge you, bill you for a year after you cancel, ther are better companies out there we found one cheaper & much much better

Spectrio promises a lot but does NOT deliver. They are supposedly breaking into the dental office market. Sent out equipment that did not have appropriate connections. I wasted a lot of time setting up equipment myself and listening to their training online. All to no Avail. This process went on for over a year. They would hand me off to different departments to solve issues, but NEVER did. Then on TOP of all of that I had to pay to send back their equipment to them that NEVER did work. A HORRIBLE company with HORRIBLE customer service.

This is my first negative review of any company. After they screwed up my online account with years worth of data and on hold messages, I contacted tech support. they asked me for my info and then put me on hold for 20 minutes until 6 PM and then just hung up on me without a word. I really liked the product under the Cloudstream ownership but Spectrio is awful. Update - I called into tech support again the next morning and this time I received Mick's ext. He is their lead man for Cloudstream. This time the customer service was professional quality. We still haven't fixed the problem but I at least have more confidence in Nick. We'll see.
