Absolute dirt bags. They bought retail radio and double charged us as both retail radio and Spectrio. I was in touch with someone named Jenni there who seemed decent enough to reverse the charge. I’ve since called and emailed probably 6 times over the last 3 weeks to follow up and she doesn’t have the ability to even return an email. Charge is still there. They’re awful I’ll be canceling my service now that I know how shady a business they’re running. And I’ll let my 300 fellow franchisees know.
