Client Review on Spiral Scout

I'm a project manager at a design firm and have worked with Spiral Scout, on a few occasions now, for HTML email development. Each time, I've found John Griffin and team to be very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and easy to work with. They are always quick to respond with a reasonable quote and are flexible to meet our deadlines. As a PM, I'm always busy juggling projects and am constantly nudging clients and coworkers to get info, so I especially appreciate that they reach out to me during a project to check-in and give updates. (One less thing for me to remember to do!) Once the work is complete, they follow up to make sure the transition went smoothly and my clients are happy with the results. I will definitely consider engaging Spiral Scout for our future development needs and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid web development agency with great customer service.
