Before buying in this community be sure to read the VERY restrictive HOA documents carefully including rules passed by the HOA task force. An example of their unreasonable regulations is the rule that only lot owners can use the pool. If you are a guest of a lot owner, staying with them for a week over the summer on property in a Summerhouse home, you cannot use the pool unless you are accompanied by the lot owner FOR THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE AT THE POOL. So, if you are on vacation and the owners don't take off the entire time to babysit you at the pool, you can't use it. Even as a guest. Buyer beware.
