Had an appoint to see a rental. Was asked to go to the office, which was unusual. I thought It was to follow the agent to the house. I get there and was told to sit down. I informed the man that I had another appointment in 1/2. Then he told me to go. Waste of my time and I didn't know what their agenda was.

Connie Chan is the go to agent. I saw a house that I like and she was the listing agent. Connie is very friendly, you can call her anytime. She is always willing to listen and get back asap with any information. She became more of a family to me and is always there if you need anything. Very trustworthy, honest, and polite. Never pushy at anytime. I will highly recommend Connie to anyone looking to buy or sell. I have dealt with a few agents before, Connie is in a league of by herself. Connie from the start had been very sincere, understanding and was not pushy at all during the processof selling our home.She was very patient,friendly ,courteous,pleasant and supportive thru out the whole process.She knew from the start,our needs and the saleprice that we we were looking for and wanted,during our first meeting before she listed our home for sale.For three months,during our absence she took care of our home like it was her own home before final sale. Connie Chan, who works for, "Sung and Associates" far exceeded my expectations as a realty agent. I had a multi use property where she was the listing agent. She was a pleasure to deal with, business like as well as friendly and accommodating. I was an absentee landlord as well as an out of state landlord and all the details of getting to the point of sale of my building would have been nearly impossible for me if it were not for Connie's help. It didn't matter when or how many times that we spoke, she was cordial, accommodating and in good spirit and she offered her expert advice and help like going to lock/unlock doors for letting repair people to gain access or for a thousand other reasons.
