Connie Chan, who works for, "Sung and Associates" far exceeded my expectations as a realty agent. I had a multi use property where she was the listing agent. She was a pleasure to deal with, business like as well as friendly and accommodating. I was an absentee landlord as well as an out of state landlord and all the details of getting to the point of sale of my building would have been nearly impossible for me if it were not for Connie's help. It didn't matter when or how many times that we spoke, she was cordial, accommodating and in good spirit and she offered her expert advice and help like going to lock/unlock doors for letting repair people to gain access or for a thousand other reasons.
