Client Review on Surprise AZ Web Services

Feedback:

I likely have less interaction with UPS stores than most people but I don't often send out packages. However, I had ordered a large package from Amazon and it arrived broken so I decided to send it back and wouldn't be home for them to pick it up, so I took it down to the UPS store for it to be shipped back. Mind you, this is a wide, 40 pound box which I struggled to carry across the parking lot and then had to try to open the door. So I'm struggling to open the door and carry this package, literally having to drop it on the ground and open the door to kick the package in with my feet. I look up, and the older lady at the front desk is staring at me, not busy, can't be bothered to assist or at least hold the door open. Her tone was rude and unpleasant. The only saving grace for this store is the younger man who was probably my age (early 20s) who was helpful at the front desk. All in all, just wasn't very impressed.
