What was the best part of the experience?

They were able to delete over 13 different URLs that defamed me and my business partner wrongfully. I loved how they were able to remove the negative online content one after the other within the agreed upon time frame.

What would you change about the experience?

They are very busy but they made sure they respond quickly. I wouldn't change anything about it since I was very happy with the results. I even talked to their CEO couple of times.

Overall Feedback:

Deleting online content not controlled by you is a very difficult task and can be very expensive. SwiftlyLabs did the job for a competitive price and they allowed installments.
