Over the last year, I have taken a MacBookPro and an old MacBook to Lou at Tech Pros - one for repair and one for maintenance. Both times my experience has been excellent. Lou is knowledgable, articulate in explaining the problem, thorough and generously takes the time to teach you what you need to know to avoid problems in the future. I lived and worked in NY for 25 years taking my computer problems to some of the best in the city...and Lou is definitely in their league. And he gets it done a lot faster than they were able to! So good knowing he has my computer's back.

Tech Pros exceeded my expectations. I decided to bring my laptop there because of the good reviews I saw about them. I was initially told it would be a few days before I got my laptop back, which was fine. However, I got a call the following day that they were already working on it and they would have it done soon. As promised, they waived the diagnostic fee and only charged for the repairs that I needed. They also installed better anti-malware software on my laptop, and another program to keep it running smooth. Both of these programs are free to use as well. When I picked up my laptop, Luis spent about a half hour as well explaining some basic things to me so that I don’t run into problems in the future, and what I can do to fix some things on my own. The customer-service was unmatched by anything I’ve ever experienced, and Luis’s professionalism is top notch. Luis is a subject matter expert, and can fix any issue that one may have. The prices are very fair, and the quality of work is exceedingly exceptional. I will continue to do business with Luis in the future, and recommend him to anyone that needs professional help with the rapidly changing PC world. I’ve seen a few negative comments on here about his business. I’m sure that it isn’t possible to please everyone, but I can assure you that Luis is a true professional. One person wrote about him failing to return a phone call. I can understand that to be frustrating, but the man runs multiple businesses. He is a very busy person. Honestly, just call him again. He is very reasonable, and strives to deliver the best service to his customers.

I wish I got here sooner than I did. I won't spend moneys anywhere else again. Luis was super heplful in diagnosing faulty parts for my PC build. He also made good recommendations to replace the parts. My gaming rig is now up and running like the beast that it is. Thanks so much!!

Luis was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. He gave me my price for my repairs and then two more problems cropped up. He told me about the problems and then I asked how much extra it would cost to fix these new issues. He told me that he gave me a price and he would stick to it. Incredible service, my computer works like a dream, and you just can’t get this high quality, attentive, and personalized service from anywhere else. I will be going back to him if I have any more issues. I highly recommend him to anybody. Stop searching for a company to repair your gear. You found it.

Looking for a knowledgeable, honest computer repair company in Scranton, PA? Well, look no more! Tech Pros on Cedar Avenue is where you should go. I was amazed how quickly Luis diagnosed and repaired my external hard drive. He explained the problem, fixed the problem, recovered my data, and offered advice to avert future issues - all for a reasonable price. I had no idea where to go for computer repair and consider myself “lucky” to have chosen Tech Pros at random. I couldn't be happier. I had some money to drop on a custom built, high-end PC, and was initially going to do it myself. So glad I didn't. Luis was first an invaluable resource of knowledge, helping guide me through making the right decisions specific to my case. After consultation, and being tech oriented myself, I had no question that he was the right guy. I learned so much in the process too.
