Initially I was very please with Dan's service of recovering data on a MacBook and replacing the hard drive with a solid state drive. He requested I provide an external drive as a place to store the recovered data. I brought him a terabyte drive that had some existing files on it. The drive had mostly pictures and music files, but more importantly, the only remaining videos I had left of my children after my hard drive and other back-up drive had failed. When I received the terabyte drive back, my pre-exiting files were gone. There were new partitions set up. I asked Dan if there was a problem, and he claimed the drive was empty when he received it. I had personally been on the drive and had ejected it myself prior to giving it to him. He even claimed that my hybrid car was possibly to blame. I returned the drive to him, and after a week, I called to see if there was any progress. He stated it would be done by a specific day. That specified day, I went directly to his business, and he claimed he had not attempted to figure out the problem or recover any data. Fearful he would lose the previously recovered data, I decided take it to a different recovery servicer. After taking the drive to two other data recovery business, I have come to the conclusion that he reformatted the drive and over-wrote my drive with the recovered files. It would have been one thing to make a mistake, and admit to the mistake so I could accept it and move on. It is unacceptable though, to not admit to the mistake, not try to remedy the situation within 10 days, and to add insult, by leaving me wasting time and money trying to recover something that is no longer there. I hope this saves someone else the time and frustration, I highly recommend duplicating and maybe triplicating any data that is irreplaceable. I know that ultimately the loss of this data is my fault, but do not appreciate the wild goose chase I went on clinging to hope that there was a remedy.Edit: After posting this review, the owner Dan, continues to deny his wrong-doing by accusing me in a reply of this review, of being neglectful of my own equipment. I never put the hard drive in my trunk, nor would I leave something so precious in an unsafe environment for an unecessay amount of time. Hopefully this pattern of denial speaks for itself when making a decision on wether to trust this business with your treasured equipment.

I would highly recommend Tek 365. I had a 2010 Macbook Pro that was acting wonky. Lots of people won't work on Macs. He was nice, very prompt (same day) and very very reasonable. I am a techno-idiot but he explained everything in a way I totally understood. He was also very honest about things I needed and things I didn't. He would tell me things he could possibly do to tweak it but was honest in telling me that I really didn't need it. He updated things for me and even put a temperature icon on it. Totally recommend.

Great local tech store in Wauwatosa! By far the best repair prices that I've seen. The owner fixed my iPhone 6 screen right in front of me and it only took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

First, be aware that the Google marker is currently incorrect (I have submitted an edit) - the current location is actually between 121st and 119th. My experience here getting an iPhone 6 screen replaced was outstanding. Saved around $40 compared to what I was quoted at uBreakiFix and was in and out in 20 minutes. This guy relies on word-of-mouth advertising to keep his costs low, so tell a friend and check it out next time an iron kettlebell tips over onto your phone screen.

We found TEK while google searching to find someone to fix out ipad glass. We talked to the owner and he said we could bring it in right away and would have it fixed by the next morning. This was a Saturday drop off and a Sunday am pick up. We were very impressed with the excellent service, the GREAT prices and the quick turn around. It was a five year old Ipad and it looks like new! Thank you TEK guys! We highly recommend this business. (by the way, they charged us $89 to replace the glass, the Apple Store charges $250 for the exact same service and it takes a couple of weeks!)

I'm so glad I came to tek365 to get my iPhone 5s screen replaced. My phone was fixed within 10 minutes, and it looks brand new! Competitors charge much more, so you can't beat the price. I would definitely come back and I would highly recommend this place to everybody.
