Client Review on Telepathic Graphics

I've used Telepathic twice for printing jobs for my small business. Sadly, I was also disappointed twice. Both times my order was fulfilled incorrectly, and one of those times it took 4x for it to be done correctly. 2 of those times the problem could have easily been corrected by someone simply checking over their work before shipping it or calling me to come pick up the order. I believe in giving people 2nd chances because I know mistakes happen but when the same mistake happens multiple times, I believe there is a quality of service issue.
