I was stood up on multiple apartment tours before I signed a lease, and moved in to an apartment with a sparking light fixture directly above a stove leaking gas (the stove wasn't installed correctly so I have to assume that the previous tenant lived with a gas leak the entire time). It took multiple attempts to get maintenance to the apartment and had to fight with them to notice and fix the issues they were called in for. We were never informed when the emergency maintenance contact changed, and there was very little, poor communication from Ethan. When I moved in, I was told that the building basement was being turned into bike parking, despite that never happening. The listing for the apartment claims that the space was 750 SF, but was actually 450-500 SF when measured.Do not live here unless you want to live in a newly, poorly renovated, overpriced apartment with absent landlords.
