I did have some issues with communication and getting my garage door repaired, but other than that the property was great, they were good at responding to issues that needed immediate attention (sans the garage door). Also, I bought a house near the end of my lease, they let me out of my lease 1 month early AND didnt nickel and dime my security deposit (granted, I left the place spotless and kept detailed pictures and video of the cleaning process). Id also like to thank Joel in the office. Would recommend

Extremely helpful staff. Any problem or issue that I have had in the last three years they have been very friendly and responsive which is unlike every other company I’ve dealt with. 👍👍

My boyfriend and I rented from 10th floor for one year. In the beginning, the communication was bizarre and inconsistent. We had our scheduled walkthrough at the end of our lease, where no one ever showed up, so we just left the keys and sent an email, never with a follow-up or apology for missing our appointment. Then, we had to fight them to get our deposit back... Weird and inconsistent communication and constant management changes sum up our year with 10th Floor and I don't recommend renting from them.

I have been with 10th Flr since October 2014. As a tenant, I have been truly blessed with any impromptu concerns met at a timely manner. Joel Friese has been an expectional landlord and is never too far to reach out a helping hand. Look no further then 10th Flr and be positively surprised by the sincerity and ambiable energy of the staff. In a nutshell, 10th Flr is the perfect choice when deciding where you will create a home and feel at home.

I have lived at one of 10th floors buildings for 4 years now and it has been fabulous. Bryce and Joel and very professional and have always taken care of any problems I have had. I have live with 4 other management companies and they are by far the best company I have lived with.

Pretty greasy organization. They'll charge you $25 per nail hole upon move out. $100 to clean a tub. Had a nice chat with my property manager at moveout. He was completely gracious to my face. Told me it was all good to go and that the apartment was in great shape. I walked out confident that I'd get the full security deposit back only to get sleezed out of a chunk of it. Security deposits are not meant to be profited off of, but this organization clearly sees them as a way to squeeze a few extra bucks out of you.

I have had a fabulous experience renting through 10th Floor Brokers. I have lived in one of their buildings for going on four years. The landlords are always very easy to contact and they're super nice. I would highly, highly recommend working with them.

Very happy so far with the management at 10th Floor. When we needed maintenance done at the house, they were there the same week. Have been really easy to work with thus far!
