Client Review on Tenth Floor

Feedback:

My boyfriend and I rented from 10th floor for one year. In the beginning, the communication was bizarre and inconsistent. We had our scheduled walkthrough at the end of our lease, where no one ever showed up, so we just left the keys and sent an email, never with a follow-up or apology for missing our appointment. Then, we had to fight them to get our deposit back... Weird and inconsistent communication and constant management changes sum up our year with 10th Floor and I don't recommend renting from them.
