Client Review on Tenth Floor

Feedback:

Pretty greasy organization. They'll charge you $25 per nail hole upon move out. $100 to clean a tub. Had a nice chat with my property manager at moveout. He was completely gracious to my face. Told me it was all good to go and that the apartment was in great shape. I walked out confident that I'd get the full security deposit back only to get sleezed out of a chunk of it. Security deposits are not meant to be profited off of, but this organization clearly sees them as a way to squeeze a few extra bucks out of you.
