We cannot recommend this firm. We had high expectations for this project to improve our website rankings as Chris, the owner, seemed very competent. Unfortunately, the result of the project is that we lost significant rankings. One reason was because they made a change and did not check the website. This change resulted in a loss of content from over 2,000 pages. The next day, they fixed it, but apparently the damage was done and our rankings dropped. The Textivia project manager admitted that, “There is data to support the issue began when the plugin switch happened.” The next day when I asked some follow-up questions as to how this happened, Chris the owner emailed me back. He concluded with, “In reviewing the project and our relationship, we have reluctantly come to the conclusion that we can no longer provide services for you…” In other words, we paid them thousands of dollars, they hurt our Google rankings, when I asked for an explanation I was told “good bye.” Very unprofessional leadership. A terrible experience.

Great company. We were a start up and they have built and continue to maintain our website that is a lead generating machine. Their knowledge of every aspect of how to rank on the internet is amazing.

I have been a client of Textivia from day 1 and I can honestly say that their level of client support is second to none! I recommend them to everyone! If your business needs that edge with web presence then the Textivia brand should definitely be in your wheel house!

Hired me, and laid me off after a week and maybe a half. It was horrible. They offer no support in training or preparation. They hired me under the false pretense of assisting properly in training in a different market than where my experience was, then fired me right before Christmas for no good reason. The owner is neurotic, and lacks the proper understanding of a positively reinforced work environment. The only good thing I can say, is he's passionate about the quality of his service. The problem is he's not passionate about nurturing the quality of his people. The lack of ethics and a posative work environment will be the death of this company.

Textivia was great at managing a diverse set of goals for a total website makeover. Before working with Textivia, my company's web interfaces only functioned on an old version of IE. Now, we have a useful tool for our business partners and customers that functions across mobile platforms and all the major browsers. Textivia was great at maintaining our brand identity from over 45 years in business, while incorporating updates to modernize our web presence. Thanks for all your hard work, Textivia team!
