I can not say enough good things about Bryan! I brought my hp laptop to Bryan because it was running slow and consistently freezing up on me. He explained in detail everything I needed to know and more and has made me feel very confident through this whole process. I was worried about financial cost but Bryan went above and beyond to help me, especially being a college student, in making sure I felt comfortable at each step. My laptop was finished and ready to pick up the next day! I have been using it about a week now and it is running better than when it was new! Even through this week I have contacted Bryan with multiple questions and he has helped me more than I could have hoped. I am so happy that I invested in his business and you should too! Friendly and happy to help. When a wrong part was ordered that cost more than planned, he split the extra cost to make up for the added time. My replaced laptop screen ended up falling off a few weeks later, but still usable and cheaper than buying a new computer. I simply glued the screen back in myselfEdit: Yes, I still have the invoice in my emails, and was charged $20 extra for the wrong part being ordered

Initially wanted to charge 75 for service but all my husband wanted was like advice on how to do or if he can show him said no this is a business not a charity so Charged him 40$ instead to create a shortcut file 👎

If you want the best service in town, then look no further. I was a skeptical consumer at first, because he does work out of his home. However, his work was professional, affordable, and completed in a timely manner. He repaired my mac computer while I waited, for a fair price. He was helpful, considerate, and did an outstanding job. This is definitely where I will go for future problems, and the place I will recommend to family and friends.
