Friendly and happy to help. When a wrong part was ordered that cost more than planned, he split the extra cost to make up for the added time. My replaced laptop screen ended up falling off a few weeks later, but still usable and cheaper than buying a new computer. I simply glued the screen back in myselfEdit: Yes, I still have the invoice in my emails, and was charged $20 extra for the wrong part being ordered
