Absolute terrible customer service, especially from the owner. Condescending and disrespectful when clients don't understand their entire book of policies and get rude when you have questions. Told them I wouldn't be a customer anymore so they targeted a colleague of mine, saying he had to pay a $5300 deposit for a $250 rental after I bruised the owner's ego. Owner's name is Oscar. Rent from borrowlenses or many of the others that hire great customer service representatives. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.My colleague wanted to pay for the order with his card on my account. He even spoke with them, saying HE wanted to use HIS card and they refused because the customer account name was different (understable). I simply asked to have my credit transferred to the rental on his account and Oscar found that offensive and responded disrespectfully.What he doesnt seem to understand is that it is not the policy that people have problems with, it is his poor customer service and attitude.
