Client Review on The Lens Depot

Honestly so annoyed. I wanted to rent a lens from them but that went south really quick. I got online to reserve my lens for 14 days, put in the card information just to figure out once I called there was really no way to rent it. A few days ago my personal credit card got fraud on it so I had to cancel that card and am waiting on a new one. Because of that reason my boyfriend was letting me use his to rent the lens with. FULL CONSIST he was happy to call and confirm the card, send them his drivers license, write a note whatever needed. Well even with that they will not allow me to pick up the lens because my name is not on the card unless he puts down a deposit for the full amount of the lens. If we had the money for the full amount of the lens we would just buy it how stupid!!! Also, there is no way my boyfriend could pick it up on that date needed as he has to work Monday-friday 7am-6pm. And I would need it from a monday-monday. The lady on the phone was so rude even trying to tell me I was trying to commit fraud. I also offered to pay cash for the lens rental but that was a no too. I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone after this experience!
