Feedback:

We have been working with Rainmaker Institute for about two years. Everyone there have been great and we highly value our relationship the Rainmaker. They have brought innovative ideas to our firm and we have seen our revenues grow steadily thanks in large part to their help.

Feedback:

We attended the TRI two day seminar this past week in San Francisco, CA. A 2-man tag team of Chad Kerby and Gil Shuga (the A-Team) departed to us a tremendous amount of information regarding client intake and retention (from the correct way your staff should answer the phone to follow up with potential client, intake, closing the deal, and follow up beyond....) to on-line marketing in today's day and age.Very eye-opening and educational for a dinosaur like me, 27 years in the practice and doing great enough for me, but still wanting to go to the next level to reach our highest potential and bring prosperity to every member of our office family. At first I was skeptical about their efforts to sell their other services. But, once I saw their expertise and the great potential for our tremendous growth, we decided to accept their offer to partner with us and we signed up for their "Intake University" and an on-line marketing contract. To Be Continued...... (I will update once we see further results)p.s. Shout out also to Adam Reiman - the deal-maker of Rainmaker. Like I said, I am a very skeptical man. He made me feel comfortable that this deal is a two-way street - they are invested in it as much as I am.

Feedback:

Great company that sticks with you through the process. If you commit to the procedures, lead conversion is a gamechanger. They have been with our firm over four years, taking us from a million a year in revenue to over four million.

Feedback:

I would not purchase their services for help with conversion. We are about four months in, over $10,000 out of pocket, nothing has really been launched, and we are not seeing any real results. If they don't deliver, it will always somehow be your fault.

Feedback:

We attended the Rainmaker Retreat over the weekend in Chicago. The information Stephen Fairley, and his team provided has already made a big difference in our mentality, and we expect will show in our revenues over the next 12 months. These guys definitely know what they are talking about. If you are trying to grow your law firm, i'm confident that Rainmaker is someone who can help you accomplish your goals.

Feedback:

“My firm has been using the Rainmaker Lead Conversion System for 18 months now. The results have been stellar. This program helped us double our conversion rate which significantly increased our revenues! Our two primary practice areas are criminal defense and family law. Revenues for our criminal defense practice are up 50% year over year. Our revenues for family law went up 90% year over year! The System is fantastic and I'm convinced that we couldn’t have grown like we did without it. We have gone from having very few people hire us post-consultation and now over 60% of our total new signs up come after the initial consultation and this is precisely what the System is designed to do. It keeps our law firm top of mind so when prospects are ready to buy we are the only law firm they call! There's no way we could manually do what this system is doing for us automatically every day. Perhaps the biggest selling point to me is the individual monthly consulting that comes with the Rainmaker Lead Conversion System. Every single month our Firm Administrator and I meet with the Rainmaker team and cover all of our metrics, conversions, and results. Not a single month has gone by where we did not walk away with a specific insight, an action step, or an idea that we could immediately implement to improve our conversion rate. You might be able to buy a system that can do part of what the Rainmaker System can do, but you just can't replace the kind of in depth, expert consulting we receive every month!

Feedback:

Our managing attorney and marketing analyst recently attended the Rainmaker Retreat in Las Vegas. The Rainmaker Retreat is a marketing seminar, specifically put together for lawyers by the Rainmaker Institute. We didn't know what to expect from the seminar, we had a decent process for marketing and we were making our monthly client goals, but we're always looking for new ways to improve our processes. The retreat was a real eye-opener. Stephen Fairley gave the presentations during the two days of the seminar, and he already had his team call our offices posing as a potential clients. Then he used the call to give us a score on our client intake procedures. This client intake score and their recommendations on handling prospective clients, alone, was worth the price of admission. Stephen's three marketing specialists/account managers also assisted during the seminar, and were available to answer questions and give marketing advice during the entire seminar. The account manager that sat next to us was Adam Montierth, and gave us some invaluable advice on how to optimize/shift our internet advertising account funds so they would provide us with more leads. The Rainmaker Institute also provided the food and drinks during the seminar. Practicing what they preach on first-class client treatment, the fare at the retreat, was, well, first-class. In fact, it was the best buffet, snack, and drink service that we've ever had at a seminar. The seminar isn't a Kumbaya, everybody hug, feel good about yourself, rah-rah, fuzzy-bunny presentation, with no specifics. In fact, some of the business cases presented were downright painful to look at. Stephen gave numbers during the seminar. Important numbers, lead numbers, search engine thresholds, and conversion statistics that are critical to improving lead generation, intake conversions, and referral generation. The numbers quoted are critical metrics to an attorney's business processes, and if used to analyze your processes can take you to the next level of handling your client relationships from first impressions to post-case communications. But the bottom line is, when we came in to work the following Monday, we were scrambling to change the way we do marketing, intake, communication, and tracking. Vendors were hired and fired. We're also changing the way we handle communicating with clients, from the time we generate leads, to after their case is settled. The Rainmaker Retreat paid for itself in a matter of days.
