went here to get my resume printed, when I looked at my order that evening, I saw that the resumes were not printed on good resume paper. After returning to the location to get the problem solved, I was told that there was nothing the employees could do, and I was directed to email a complaint. The next morning I met with the owner, (who took my original order) She was inflexible, and unwilling to admit to making a mistake with the order. She only offered to return half of my original payment. I am not happy with the service, or the attitude of the owner, and will not be giving my business to UPS in the future. I went to FedEx, and got my resumes printed on the correct paper, for half the price, I also received the resumes instant, unlike UPS where there was a 45 minute wait.
