I am wedding hostess at a a church in Hudson, Massachusetts. The wedding was a Saturday and I was to receive the videographer when he arrived. He was running very late and came AFTER the wedding started. When I called him, he complained about the traffic slowing him down. I CALLED HIM! He never called to tell us. I checked my GPS app and didn’t see any traffic issues, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Luckily our church videoed the ceremony and he used that but it wasn’t what the bride wanted. I would NEVER recommend this company.
