When it came time to update and renew our website we reached out to various sources for recommendations. Sam Insalaco and theBrewroom came highly recommended. Throughout the project Sam and his team along with his partners at The Telesco Group were highly responsive and open to our ideas and changes. Our personalities seemed to match, making every encounter go smoothly and quickly. When reviewing the initial result of the site, we had a lot of suggestions and changes based on our own tastes, likes, and dislikes. Sam and his team listened to all of our suggestions and comments, and they ensured all of our preferences were met. Overall, we were pleased with the progression of the project and the final result has received positive feedback from users. When asked who built our website, we tell them, “It was theBrewroom.”

I first met Sam when he attended several of my Creative Thinking workshops at D!G at the Innovation Center on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. We got to talking and I discovered that Sam’s business was SEO management and web-site development. As we talked further I realized that Sam and I have similar values, we both value life-long learning and we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Sam is great to work with and, unlike other SEO folks or web designers, Sam will actually meet with you in person. In addition to Sam doing my web-site, I have had him design two other web-sites for my friends. I am now working with Sam on two more sites for another friend. I have also hired Sam to do my on-going SEO work. I don't make a move on social media or on my web-site without Sam. Sam is great. He is thorough and terrific to work with. Hire him. Sam listened. That was the most impressive to us - he didn't talk AT us, but rather WITH us, to develop a plan that would truly do what we needed at the time. He was flexible, and worked around our comfort level with different technologies and even spent a good deal of time teaching us how and when to use certain capabilities to our advantage. We felt real support from Sam; we could ask him questions, ask him to tweak something, tell him how we did things get his input on improvements and streamlining to make us efficient in postings, blogs, newsletters, etc.
