Sam listened. That was the most impressive to us - he didn't talk AT us, but rather WITH us, to develop a plan that would truly do what we needed at the time. He was flexible, and worked around our comfort level with different technologies and even spent a good deal of time teaching us how and when to use certain capabilities to our advantage. We felt real support from Sam; we could ask him questions, ask him to tweak something, tell him how we did things get his input on improvements and streamlining to make us efficient in postings, blogs, newsletters, etc.
