Requested a bid form ThoughtLab to do a small site for a subsidiary of a multi-national, multi-billion dollar company. ThoughtLab's Director of Business Development would not agree to bid until we had told them the other developers bidding the project and what their budgets were. When we denied their request explaining "their bids have nothing to do with yours", ThoughtLab rudely refused to bid. Is the frontal lobe responsible for ethics as well?Keep up the good work boys!

I would definitely recommend the ThoughtLab experience to anyone looking to build a website of their own. I was part of a three person team who worked tirelessly on our website with the much appreciated assistance of our thought expert. We met dutifully once a week over a several month period. Our ThoughtLab expert consistently responded to emails, and our every idea, quickly and efficiently. Fleshing out and finishing the website was a breeze with the help of our aptly called expert. WOW - what an experience! Great Basin Business and Tourism Council’s website had not been “refreshed” in 12 years. Not only did we need a “fresh” website, we needed help in bringing our ideas together in one cohesive website. We chose ThoughtLab based on their grasp of not only what we thought we wanted - but how they totally knew how to define, organize and present what we “thought” we wanted in a beautifully designed, user friendly website that exceeded our expectations. ThoughtLab immediately grasped our complex website goals and made sure our goals were paramount in the project. It was a "what can we do for the client" attitude from the start. Questions were quickly answered and changes were made with enthusiasm. The project was completed before deadline and under budget. This was done for an national church organization, and it was done with respect, professionalism, and creativity. The professional work is amazing, but I think more importantly, it is the character of the people of Thoughtlab that really stands out. I thank them for making our website an unbelievably functional and successful project. They ARE the best!

We first hired Thoughtlab to help us with a massive project, and it was one of the best decisions we made. We've hired them several times since then and also partnered with them on different projects. What really sold us the first time was that after our initial meeting, other companies came back with proposed budgets and timelines, but Thoughtlab came back with proposed solutions—they had thought through our problem and wanted to discuss how to solve it (then they got to the budgets). Their costs were competitive, but most importantly, it felt more like we were hiring a brain trust than a website or branding company. Thoughtlab's designers and creative team are fantastic, their project managers and customer service are thorough and effective, and I can't possibly say enough good things about their CEO. Working with them, we've never hit a snag we couldn't get through, and I have the utmost trust in their process and their work.
