Thoughtlab created our company website. They were excellent in contacting us prior to initially starting the project, they were great during the creation process. To be totally honest, they're horrible at communicating once they get their paycheck. We've had several instances where we needed help with our new site... whether its tweaking something, adding something, removing something. They're not at all easy to get ahold of. phone or email. I cant count the number of times I've called and left a message with the receptionist to have Brandon or Peter call me back - with no return communication. We have since hired someone else to do our website perpetual services.
