Client Review on Trustpilot, Inc

Feedback:

So a company starts spamming me and I leave a review for them on Trustpilot's website. The company disputes my review because they (naturally) don't like it. Trustpilot says I can't say bad things like use the term "spam" so I change it to "unsolicited email". They denied my review again because "unsolicited emails" is "defamatory". What good is a review site if you can't tell the truth on reviews because the truth is "defamatory"? It's ridiculous that companies can have legitimate reviews removed by calling them "defamatory" even though they are completely truthful.
