All work is done at their outsourced INDIA LOCATION although they take all credit for the work themselves. HYPOCRITES. I wouldn't consider using this malicious "web design" company DO SOME RESEARCH FIRST. Check out the employee reviews & other reviews on glass door, the management here is atrocious.

I'm not impressed by their pitch, You can get better work & service on fiverr unfortunately. If you look deeper on other sites, you'll find out just how bad their service really is. I recommend avoiding unleaded group.

Jeff said "denver's a small town & your niche is even smaller" & threatened to disparage me & my company, very unprofessional. Several months later my eCommerce website has been hit by negative seo in the form of backlinks. They are not to be trusted.

We have worked with Unleaded Group for many years with our eCommerce site. Are they perfect? No, but no one is...especially in this industry where customer's expectations often go beyond actual scopes of work. Unleaded Group works hard to build clear scopes of work, educate the consumer, maintain schedules and negotiate any changes fairly. Most importantly they are honest in their business dealings and have made ethical decisions in support of our business that were the right thing for our company even when it may have cost them revenue (especially in the area of digital marketing). I recommend the company as one that will work with you to help understand your actual needs and then provide the right solution that helps you grow your business.

Unleaded did not build a website as we had hoped. They were very slow (over 2 years) and expensive. This was a complicated job and we had great expectations from them. An independent audit indicated that the website was not built to our specifications. I would recommend that if you are looking for a well built website you should shop someplace else. Oh yeah...they are not the friendliest peeps either!

My eCommerce and digital experience span nearly 20 years. When doing the research for a low cost ecommerce platform that was robust and flexible Magento came to the forefront. After completing a detailed analysis, I looked into several Magento partners. In our implementation there would be significant difficult integration with our back end systems. Many Magento partners I contacted did not understand what we needed. Some did not even call back. Jarod was not only extremely responsive; he assured me that they had experience with such integration work and spoke to it in detail. Unleaded definitely proved that they could handle what we threw at them. They were able to build a Magento site with complex integration in under six months. Any delay to the project came back to Unleaded waiting on us, not them. Where I come from (Top 2 eCommerce site on the web), building out a complex solution in this timeline is unheard of and for only a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. As for customer service and maintenance, Unleaded was many times more responsive than firms I have used in the past. And believe me, the firms I have used are the best in the industry. To give you an example, I found a defect late Friday, not a significant one, but nonetheless, Unleaded worked through the weekend to get it resolved. I spoke with multiple people over the weekend to make sure it was fixed correctly before Monday. If that is not dedication and excellent customer service, I do not know what is. Unleaded’s breadth of eCommerce knowledge and experience executing and delivering solutions in this space is unsurpassed. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to you.

Words can't describe how amazing and knowledgable Unleaded has been for us. Their work ethic is second to none. The communication was like having someone sitting next to us at the office...always there. I have read the reviews below and I can tell you that my company, at this time, has spent less than some of them. Not to mention that all of our projects were in constant piecemeal over the past 8 months and not once did we feel we were being robbed or pushed aside for a bigger client. Not only did they live up to our expectations but even went beyond them. They were fast, diligent, detailed, responsive, and even went out of their way beyond the terms and conditions to make us happy. Unleaded has proven to us that they are our business partner and our goto web company for all of our site's needs. I highly recommend them to any website owner that is looking to grow and market their online business. They are truly the best there is.

We spent over $20,000 and got taken to the cleaners. 1. Our project was turned back over to us not being completed.2. We lost our google rankings after 10 years of work.3. Our site was not correctly optimized for SEO.4. Our hosting was to be dedicated, but was shared and very slow.

Please steer clear of using services provided by Unleaded Software Group. Their designs may seem flashy but their pricing and customer service is absolutely horrid. I am an IS admin for a local organization who was using Unleaded prior to my arrival. Since I have been here I have had to wait up to 2 weeks for an email response regarding important issues with our site. We were also billed over $300 for them to add me as a super admin user. This account is required in order to edit your site templates. From what I have seen, Unleaded only provides a pretty design, masked by abhorrent customer service and understated billing practices. If you know anything about html/css you DO NOT need to use their services. Please steer clear of this business and look for someone to provide actual services. Your hard earned money could be spent much better than paying these guys to hand you a pretty design and then avoid any support, while still billing you for every email you send.
