Feedback:

Please steer clear of using services provided by Unleaded Software Group. Their designs may seem flashy but their pricing and customer service is absolutely horrid. I am an IS admin for a local organization who was using Unleaded prior to my arrival. Since I have been here I have had to wait up to 2 weeks for an email response regarding important issues with our site. We were also billed over $300 for them to add me as a super admin user. This account is required in order to edit your site templates. From what I have seen, Unleaded only provides a pretty design, masked by abhorrent customer service and understated billing practices. If you know anything about html/css you DO NOT need to use their services. Please steer clear of this business and look for someone to provide actual services. Your hard earned money could be spent much better than paying these guys to hand you a pretty design and then avoid any support, while still billing you for every email you send.
