First off, I never leave reviews and rarely do I read them. I first want to say that as a retailer and as a customer, I absolutely love their product assortment and their quality of trees is top notch. ..Which is why I endure the problem.Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I have NEVER worked with people who are more determined to NOT help out a customer who have they have wronged. It's truly unreal that they stay in business with how they treat their paying customers. If I knew of a better tree vendor that has equal quality and assortment, I'd never use Vickerman. But unfortunately, they own the block on great trees, so alas, I deal with their crappy, rude customer service.

I bought the Champagne Laser Tree 5' and have had it less than a month. It is looks silver but when lit is a sparkly beauty. It has clear lights with a taupe colored wired. The top 2/3 of the lights are out. There are no more trees to be had through Wayfair or Vickerman unless I want a midget tree. Wayfair cannot get another until 2014, after the holiday, so I called Vickerman directly. Vickerman trees are supposed to be quality trees, and the warranty starts on the date of purchase. I spoke with Bev and there's nothing she can do, they have no trees as they are whole sale and their season is over. But my time sensitive warranty is in effect, and not even an offer of repair or a repair facility only to contact the seller Wayfair for a refund. I wanted a cool trendy different Christmas tree that I have since built this year's holiday decor around, why would I want a refund. There is something to be said about empowering employees and good customer service, even if the product is pricey and poorly made :(

I am not happy with my white upside down tree. The whole tip is missing and there is a hole there.I sent pictures to xmas central where I bought this vickerman upside down tree-and they said there was no tip--ok why the big hole and I sent a picture of the tree they advertised--it has a nice tip.Since I am having an open house for over a hundred people--it is a joke--it is a ball on the ceiling--no point at the bottem.I guess they will not mind it being in the paper and magazines that way.If they send me the tip I paid for then it will look like it is suppose to.I will then tell how nice they were to complete this tree.If you want to see this joke go to toys on craigslist in lacrosse,wi.I will show it this way since I am 74 years old and do not know how to do much on a computer.I live in a senior retirement community.I have 30 xmas trees--this one is so far terrible.I rate it 0
