Feedback:

When it works right the speeds are good. Once a month I call because it is down and usually the result is a ticket number and that’s it. I have to call back to follow up. When asked for a timeframe of response the customer service team says , “ I’m not sure”. Only option we have for broadband though. So I guess it is what it is.
