Super fast internet service (they promise a gigabit, I consistently get 700-900 Mbps), very reliable (in my 1 year of use it has only been down for a couple of hours), and the support is very apologetic, humble and always ready to help.

I have always had prompt and courteous service. In the area I live in there is no wired service, satellite is unreliable and mifi hotspots are limited. Volo's system has provided me with reliable internet and the ability to stream without buffering. The cost is very reasonable as well. Thanks Volo!

Literally the worst internet experience I've ever seen. The people have no clue when their internet is messed up, the customer service is horrible, and they take their sweet time to fix everything. Paid $100 for an early access edition of an xbox game and cant even play it for until 2 weeks after the game releases because volo has packet loss problems throughout their entire system and their answer for this was "I dont have an answer to this". Easily the worst internet experience I've ever had

When working it is slow but useable, but it goes down randomly and customer service is lacking especially in the evening. Some of us have work we have to do . Take ticket numbers and that is supposed to mean something. Seem they go nowhere. If they weren't our only option we would opt out.so frustrating.

I've been a Volo fiber customer in Urbana for the past 10 months. I've been pretty happy with them, and am happy to recommend them. The Internet is fast and inexpensive, and they have good customer support. It's unrealistic to expect any Internet service to never have an issue (at least at a reasonable service price), and the few times I've noticed my service down weren't out of line with what I would expect from any provider. It's only been down long enough for me to call them once, and they sent someone out promptly who fixed it.

I live in Thomasboro, IL and largely their internet has been quite stable and lightening fast when my family went with the fiber optic option. There were issues at first but we got those resolved really quick and their customer service was most helpful, every time we had a problem in the beginning, they sent the same tech as last time which made it far easier to get things fixed. That same tech went above and beyond to fix the stability issues we had. Thanks to that, ever since we've had nothing but smooth internet with the occasional outage that I attribute to maintenance since it happened in the late hours of the night past midnight, but only lasting about an hour to 3 hours at most. That was infrequent though. All in all, I wish I could take volo broadband with me if I ever decided to move outside of their coverage zone. But se la vie, such is life. If you had a choice between the top scum ISPs like Comcast's Xfinity or AT&T and their loathesome datacaps, or Verizon's wifi, then I suggest ditching these 3 for Volo, even if your start is rocky at first, so long as you work with them and are patient, you can get most if not all problems fixed. Try to do your best to brush up on how to trouble shoot the most common problems yourself too, it helps speed their own process of elimination immensely and can help them get your service on the right track.

Most affordable fiber connection in Champaign. We've had outages here and there, but our calls are answered in a timely manner. We have guests over frequently that use the wireless, and we throw LAN parties, do HW / play online games constantly. For the price, it's hard to complain.

Great Speeds. Had some issues is late 2016, but fixed quickly. Cheap and fast. Great Customer care service too. They don't give random BS reasons.
