I live in Thomasboro, IL and largely their internet has been quite stable and lightening fast when my family went with the fiber optic option. There were issues at first but we got those resolved really quick and their customer service was most helpful, every time we had a problem in the beginning, they sent the same tech as last time which made it far easier to get things fixed. That same tech went above and beyond to fix the stability issues we had. Thanks to that, ever since we've had nothing but smooth internet with the occasional outage that I attribute to maintenance since it happened in the late hours of the night past midnight, but only lasting about an hour to 3 hours at most. That was infrequent though. All in all, I wish I could take volo broadband with me if I ever decided to move outside of their coverage zone. But se la vie, such is life. If you had a choice between the top scum ISPs like Comcast's Xfinity or AT&T and their loathesome datacaps, or Verizon's wifi, then I suggest ditching these 3 for Volo, even if your start is rocky at first, so long as you work with them and are patient, you can get most if not all problems fixed. Try to do your best to brush up on how to trouble shoot the most common problems yourself too, it helps speed their own process of elimination immensely and can help them get your service on the right track.
