Feedback:

a few months ago i brought my computer in to be looked at and they were helpful and replaced my power unit. But when they gave it back they didnt tell me my gpu was fried, i learned how to install one and bought a new one for 200$. I was expecting a working pc back but had to order and fix my own p.

would have given 0/5 stars if it was possible. this was the second occasion when I went in there they acted very snoody and did not help at all. my phone is messing up and I just wanted help from them to do a factory reset on it, I told them that at the get-go yet they never did do it. Also, last summer my girlfriend was ripped off on computer maintenance as she told them to not do any work on it until they ran it by her first and confirmed that is where she wanted to fix it, they automatically started working on the computer without her knowing and charged her $80 when Wolfland Computers/ the Hobby Shop across the street would have only charged $5 and the owner is actually nice and does not act like he is better than customers unlike employees at voltz. During my visit the two employees had their heads so far up their ass' that they never even listened to me.

These folks are amazing. They spent an hour and a half with me trying to sort out a Verizon hot spot/internet access issue, that ultimately could not be resolved but they sure tried.

Voltz Technologies is great. I came in late Monday afternoon with a non-functioning IPhone. They cheerfully and quickly solved the problem and the charge was minimal. Best service I have experienced in a long time. I wish they were located in my area.

I visited Voltz today to activate a handset I bought elsewhere. It had the wrong type of SIM, so Verizon told me to go to any Verizon store to get the correct one, which I was promised would be free.The lady I spoke to at Voltz wasn't friendly. She got what she told me was the correct SIM, then wanted $40 to get the phone activated. This is a service that is free at all the other Verizon stores. Well done. You've lost a customer for life, plus dozens of referrals.
