I visited Voltz today to activate a handset I bought elsewhere. It had the wrong type of SIM, so Verizon told me to go to any Verizon store to get the correct one, which I was promised would be free.The lady I spoke to at Voltz wasn't friendly. She got what she told me was the correct SIM, then wanted $40 to get the phone activated. This is a service that is free at all the other Verizon stores. Well done. You've lost a customer for life, plus dozens of referrals.
