As a firm administrator, I am very aware of the IT demands of a fast paced law firm and would like to state our complete satisfaction with the staff and services provided by On Call Computer Solutions. They have provided services for our firm since 2011 which include network setup/maintenance, email exchange, internet security, website design/maintenance, equipment purchases and so much more. With so many options for IT services, it's nice to feel secure that when emergencies arise as they frequently do, they have demonstrated a consistency in escalating the priority in order to expedite the resolution of the problem. Competence, dependability, On Call delivers.

Great service and IT support! My first experience with On Call was when we brought them on to help support a stand-up of a local independent radio station with a super aggressive timeline. There was a lot that had to be done in a little bit of time and Mike and the On Call team were with us every step of the way. They had everything up ahead of time and were there for support long after. They always provided an awesome level of support and were always only a phone call away. I highly recommend this service if you have a small business and need strong and efficient IT support.

Completely and utterly impressed!I own an IT Firm 7 hours away and worked with On Call on a challenging and time sensitive project and to be blunt... I am blown away. Very... VERY few IT firms impress me... these guys are the real deal! On-Call has handled the website and email functions for the Tallahassee Car Museum for many years. They have always been timely, helpful and friendly in providing services. We have called on numerous occasions and they walked us through any needed corrections, which at times was challenging since we like many are not the most computer savvy clientele.

We were referred to On Call by a trusted business contact after we asked for recommendations to help us achieve NIST 800-171 compliance and several other goals. Mike traveled to meet with us and we were impressed with his knowledgeable, efficient but low key approach. He took the time necessary to understand our company processes, our goals and concerns before making recommendations. He was happy to offer and explain various options so we could make an informed decision.Every member of the On Call team that we've worked with for desktop, VPN, server or even Office365 support has been responsive and helpful. They've demonstrated willingness on several occasions to invest extra time and research to resolve uncommon issues and work on our behalf with third parties to resolve problems that have arisen.I would strongly recommend On Call to others.

Charged me $100 to 'diagnose and fix' and after waiting 2 weeks finally told me it was unfixable and it was a problem with the circuit board. Six months later it turns itself on.
