Mike traveled to meet with us and we were impressed with his knowledgeable, efficient but low key approach. He took the time necessary to understand our company processes, our goals and concerns before making recommendations. He was happy to offer and explain various options so we could make an informed decision.Every member of the On Call team that we've worked with for desktop, VPN, server or even Office365 support has been responsive and helpful.
