Excellent customer service! They did all they could to salvage my dell inspiron's broken hinge. I really appreciate that they also gave me the best options to choose from ( cost wise ) and fixed the hinge in four days at a decent price point!

very attuned to typical problems of computer annoyances and can usually fix with a short time....he will tell you how to regularly "doctor" and prevent future nuisances, like preventive maintance...also likes to add a bit of cheer to the agony of being slaves to a device............

Honestly he saved my little laptop and my work, it will always be well meaning good at heart individuals of any industry who come to rescue, whereas Best buy for all its name and fact that i bought my laptop and was under their geek warranty for 3 years brought me nothing, if they would have said with meaning to help since i was their client for so long without using much of warranty that i should renew my plan and then they can look into my laptop but no all they wanted was money and more money no wonder corporations carry no heart or good sensibilities that people can recommend further if i hadnt renewed the gurantee it means i must be having valid reason which these best buy overlooked well thank you to Don Meyers now everything got sorted out.

If you're having any problems with your Lee go Here! I dropped my computer off at two different locations in West Hollywood, fix your Lee was the worst! 5 days later and they hadn't even looked at it. My hard drive was ancient. West Hollywood Computer Repair installed a new hard drive, transferred my data and helped me problem solve for a reasonable price. They are friendly, fast/ efficient, affordable, and a convenient location. Look no further.

My laptop broke randomly and I looked up a local place in WeHo to take my MacBook Air. I'm always hesitant with going to non-Apple Stores for repairs but I was in a time crunch but I'm glad I found someone close by. If you need someone to fix your laptop fast you need to go to Don! The service was easy, friendly with early drop off and late pick up times. Don fixed my computer within 24 hours and returned it almost brand new. No complaints!

Finally a computer guy I can trust. Don is such a nice guy too. I was concerned he might only be expert in PCs and I have MACS, but no worries.I wasn't sure how to explain my complicated problems but he easily figured it out and much exceeded my expectations. Don fixed it all plus tuned my computer and the price was very fair. Great work, great price, and I was happy to have him in my home. I appreciate that he lives in the community and in my case could come right over. Highly recommended.

Don has been fixing my computer for about a decade. I think I have had about 3 computers and we purchased them all together. He comes over about twice a year or if I have a virus and totally fixes it usually in two hours. He showed me how to clean the dust out of it so he wouldn't have to come over and do it. He does a good job explaining all the computer jargon. I'm a senior my generation didn't have computers but he makes it easier to use. He enlarged the text and the mouse pointer and it's much easier now. And he is very friendly and funny too.
