Feedback:

Honestly he saved my little laptop and my work, it will always be well meaning good at heart individuals of any industry who come to rescue, whereas Best buy for all its name and fact that i bought my laptop and was under their geek warranty for 3 years brought me nothing, if they would have said with meaning to help since i was their client for so long without using much of warranty that i should renew my plan and then they can look into my laptop but no all they wanted was money and more money no wonder corporations carry no heart or good sensibilities that people can recommend further if i hadnt renewed the gurantee it means i must be having valid reason which these best buy overlooked well thank you to Don Meyers now everything got sorted out.
